WE COVER ALL AREAS WITHIN THE M25 MOTORWAY
The charges LISTED relate to small maintenance work (i.e. replacing lighting units etc.) and has a maximum 2 hour charge.
Any work that cannot be completed during this time will have to be estimated.
SOUTH EAST LONDON postcodes Maintenance charges are £39.50 for the 1st hour and £12.50 for the second hour.
SOUTH WEST LONDON postcodes
Maintenance charges are £49.50 for the 1st hour and £12.50 for the second hour.

Two bedroom dwelling is £79.50 (Add £10.00 for each extra bedroom)
